As part of preparing for winter NHRC acquired Tents, Tarps, Rain Gear and Sleeping Bags for our Vets. Jim Murray of NHRC collected the items and delivered them to Ray Chimileski of Operation Chill Out. OPERATION CHILLOUT is NJ’s oldest all-volunteer mobile outreach for homeless veterans, men and women.
